Job Responsibility:
Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction above manufacturer averages
Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and Group standards
Create and maintain a safe, positive working environment
Support and develop colleagues to achieve their goals and deliver business objectives
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, ideally within a main dealership environment
Strong track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
