Job Responsibility
Lead and oversee the day to day running of 3 supported living services across Liverpool including one new one which will be opening this year, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
Support and supervise care staff, fostering a positive team culture and professional growth
Develop personalised support plans that focus on individual needs and preferences
Monitor service performance through audits, feedback, and KPIs, implementing improvements as needed
Lead recruitment, training, and staff appraisals to maintain a motivated, skilled workforce
Complete regular supervisions and 1-1's with your team mentoring and empowering them to succeed.
Requirements
Experience in a leadership role within adult social care, especially with complex needs, mental health, learning disability
Relevant qualifications with minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards this
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the passion and commitment to want to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively. Attend meetings, adhere to all internal policies and procedures
Have sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures and developing person-centred support plans.
