Job Responsibility:
Leading your team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and exceed manufacturer benchmarks
Managing departmental costs and ensuring alignment with business plans
Maintaining strict compliance standards, including accurate customer data collection
Ensuring all manufacturer guidelines are met across the service department
Creating a safe, organised, and efficient working environment

Requirements:
Proven track record as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within automotive retail
