Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership, management, and clear direction in delivery of all services within your defined area(s) of responsibility
  • You will work alongside the Heads of departments within the organisation, supporting with the strategic overview and direction of the services
  • You will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisational overall aims and objectives/targets
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the people supported and make amendments as required, alongside the Area Manager and PBS Lead
  • You will lead, direct and support Team Leaders and Support Workers and other colleagues to provide and maintain the highest quality service
  • You will be accountable for all contractual regulations to ensure that all compliance is fully met, and robust quality assurance measures are monitored across the service
  • This role will require the individual to be based within the services the majority of the week ensuring compliance and oversight is at the forefront
  • Working closely with local authority on referrals and ongoing client engagement

Requirements

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred) or willing to work towards
  • Prior experience as a manager within health and social care in required
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person cantered care
