Job Responsibility:
Provide leadership, management, and clear direction in delivery of all services within your defined area(s) of responsibility
Work alongside the Heads of departments within the organisation, supporting with the strategic overview and direction of the services
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisational overall aims and objectives/targets
Evaluate the outcomes of the people supported and make amendments as required, alongside the Area Manager and PBS Lead
Lead, direct and support Team Leaders and Support Workers and other colleagues to provide and maintain the highest quality service
Be accountable for all contractual regulations to ensure that all compliance is fully met, and robust quality assurance measures are monitored across the service
Be based within the services the majority of the week ensuring compliance and oversight is at the forefront
Working closely with local authority on referrals and ongoing client engagement
Requirements:
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred) or willing to work towards
Prior experience as a manager within health and social care in required
Strong staff management skills
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person cantered care
