Job Responsibility:

  • oversee a small residential home in Burnham-on-sea, Somerset
  • be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the services, line management of the staff team and supporting the Registered Manager with CQC regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have experience in a management role within adult social care, ideally within residential, however supported living experience will also be considered
  • Extensive experience leading services for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour is essential
  • Due to the remit of the role, applicants will ideally demonstrate strong people management, sound knowledge of CQC regulations and hold a full UK driving licence
