The services support adults with mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs, providing person-centred support within specialist supported living accommodation. The successful candidate will work alongside an existing Service Manager, helping to drive positive change, improve quality standards, strengthen team performance, and embed sustainable improvements across the services. This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager, Service Manager, or Operations Manager with a strong background in mental health services and quality improvement.
