Service Manager - Learning Disabilities, Mental Health & Complex Needs 📍 York 🏡 4-Bed Supported Living Service 💰 Salary: £35,000 per annum Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next opportunity in York? Do you have a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex needs? We are recruiting a dedicated Service Manager to lead a 4-bed supported living service in York. This Service Manager role focuses on supporting adults with learning disabilities, alongside individuals with mental health needs, complex needs, and mobility challenges. As Service Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support within a well-established learning disabilities service in York.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team delivering support to adults with learning disabilities in York
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care within the learning disabilities service
  • Supervise, mentor, and support staff development as Service Manager
