Job Responsibility
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and mobility challenges
Ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, service compliance, and safeguarding
Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies to ensure tailored support plans
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing supported living or similar social care services
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting positive change
Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent)
Valid UK driving licence (if applicable)
Experience in safeguarding and compliance within social care settings
A caring, empathetic approach combined with a proactive attitude.
