Job Responsibility

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the service team in the industrial burner sector and the dispatching department
  • Active contribution to shaping the service and growth strategy
  • Management and optimization of service operations with regard to quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Expansion and qualification of the service team in line with strategic objectives
  • Monitoring and further development of relevant service KPIs
  • Analysis and continuous improvement of service processes and internal workflows
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Production, and Technical Order Processing
  • Ensuring resource and deployment planning of service technicians through Industrial Dispatching
  • Support with complex technical issues and escalation cases
  • Participation in standardizing service offerings and documentation
  • Budget responsibility for the Industrial Service division in Germany

Requirements

  • Completed technical training or university degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in an industrial service environment, ideally in the field of burner, combustion, or thermal process technology
  • Proven leadership experience in service or technical field operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance management
  • High affinity for processes and experience in optimizing service workflows
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and customer-focused mindset
  • Confident handling of ERP/service management systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to a moderate extent
  • Business-fluent German skills and fluent English skills desirable
