SERVICE MANAGER - ADULTS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE. Permanent, full time. Based Crewe. Do you have the leadership and management skills to be able to effectively lead a team and help to provide positive outcomes for people with mental health? The role: To oversee and lead a team providing support to adults with complex mental health issues within a supported living service for 22 people, together with overseeing the crisis cafe. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies and ensure that all compliance is adhered to. Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.. Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with the people needing support and their families, plus liaising effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners and be able to complete assessments. Promote a positive organisational culture focused on continuous improvement and staff well-being. Ensure that objectives are met along with the outcomes for the people being supported. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven experience in adult social care management, ideally within complex mental health services. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff and ensure that KPIs and outcomes are met. Strong organisational and operational skills and have the ability to manage large services and staff teams. Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity principles. Car driver preferable as there will be expectations to travel to site and also meetings when required. Flexible to partake in the oncall system ( 1 in 9 weeks) which may include some weekend working where needed. The role is predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
