Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and technical support
Lead and support a team of service technicians and regional partners
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution
Monitor service performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in service or Aftersales management within Construction Equipment or a related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
