Job Responsibility:
Communicating clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders
Supporting the implementation of service management principles
Processing documents efficiently and accurately
Mapping processes and understanding workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels
Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying organised and methodical.
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in document processing or similar operational environments
Strong understanding of service management principles
Proficient in IT skills including Word, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web use
Communicates with clarity and confidence, presenting professionally at all times
Can build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Organized and methodical, capable of juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
Experience in mapping processes and understanding workflows.
