Service & Maintenance Engineer

• Maintenance & Inspection (20%): Inspect, service, and maintain rental equipment (generators, fuel tanks, load-banks, etc.) according to strict schedules
• Site Leadership (20%): Lead site installations, commissioning, and decommissioning of rental solutions, including the synchronisation of multiple generators
• Technical Support (25%): Perform in-depth repairs and troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently and safely
• Solution Setup (15%): Configure equipment according to customer requirements and technical project drawings
• Compliance & Logistics (20%): Manage "ready to rent" and return processes using digital inspection applications, and assist with inbound and outbound logistics

• Apprenticeship trained with an NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical or Electronic) or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the Rental energy sector or a similar field
• Proven hands-on experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and investigating mechanical/electrical faults
• A valid Driver's License is essential
• Safe pass (ROI) or CSCS (UK) required
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Expertise in Load bank processes, including setup and testing
• Ability to mentor team members and sub-contractors
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety regulations
