Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for the role of Service Leader (Level 2). You will be based in Leicester LE4, post code area. This is a great opportunity to make a genuine difference.
Job Responsibility:
Leading an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person-centred outcomes for every person we support

Requirements:
2 Years experience of managing a team in a similar setting
Experience working in a health or social care setting
Experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management
Comfortable using basic IT systems
Hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England)
