Community Integrated Care is currently seeking an Experienced, Dedicated and Compassionate Health and Social Care Professional for a Service Leader Level 2 in the Tameside area. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Leader to manage 2 Supported Living services in Tameside. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
  • Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people we support

  • Be the Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence
