Community Integrated Care is currently seeking an Experienced, Dedicated and Compassionate Health and Social Care Professional for an Extra Care Service Leader Level 2 in Manchester. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Leader to manage our vibrant Extra Care service in Manchester.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people we support
Oversee care plans for individuals with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life
Be the Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence
Leading an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person-centred outcomes
Driving performance, setting the pace and direction within services, promoting a positive and passionate culture
Ensuring that services are appropriately and effectively resourced
Requirements:
Experience in health or social care
Positive, upbeat attitude
Passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives and connect with their communities
Confident in managing behaviours that require intensive support planning
Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available if needed)
Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker, NVQ Level 4)
