Requirements:
Experience working in a health or social care setting
Upbeat positive manner
Genuine passion for supporting people
Experience working with people who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management
Comfortable using basic IT systems
Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England)
