Job Description

Are you an experienced clinical leader with a strong background in CYMHS, ready to take on a high-impact role that shapes the quality of care across multiple services? Join Potters Bar as the Service Lead to take senior clinical responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Adult Acute and CYMHS Low Secure Services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care for every service user. You’ll lead clinical audits, analyse findings, and implement action plans that elevate practice and strengthen the service. As part of your leadership responsibilities, you will also participate in the on-call rota and complete out-of-hours visits when required, supporting the service to run safely 24/7. *This role includes an on-call rota during evenings and weekends
