Job Description

As a Service Lead in Community, you’ll lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with participants, families, and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in disability services
  • Relevant qualification in Individual Support or related field
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Organised, dependable, and proactive
  • Open to feedback and continuous development
  • Emotionally intelligent with empathy

  • Design and deliver a robust, engaging, and diverse calendar of rides in line with the company framework that attracts both committed RCC Members and allows new riders to experience the RCC offering
  • Plan and execute high-impact special events and regional activations (e.g., W100, FAR) that strengthen community bonds and drive brand exposure
  • Recruit, coordinate, and support a high-quality team of local ride leaders and brand ambassadors
  • Work closely with the Clubhouse Manager to ensure the RCC presence and energy within the Clubhouse are consistently aligned with brand expectations
  • Actively drive RCC membership through open rides and proactive clienteling of lapsed members
  • Drive brand exposure by creating, editing and sharing high-quality, engaging social media content
  • Create & edit engaging RCC Newsletters
