As a Service Lead in Community, you’ll lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with participants, families, and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in disability services
Relevant qualification in Individual Support or related field
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Patient, inclusive, and committed to human rights-based, person-centred approaches
Organised, dependable, and proactive
Open to feedback and continuous development
Emotionally intelligent with empathy
Skilled in mentoring staff, managing service delivery, and engaging families
Understanding of safeguarding, NDIS standards, and legislative requirements
