Job Description:

Lead a passionate team in a values-driven organisation delivering person-centred services that empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with participants, families, and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of Support Workers
Deliver high-quality, person-centred services
Empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives
Guide and mentor team
Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively
Service development and compliance
Continuous improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in disability services
Relevant qualification in Individual Support or related field
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Patient, inclusive, and committed to human rights-based approaches
Organised, dependable, and responsive
Open to feedback and continuous development
Emotionally intelligent with empathy
Skilled in mentoring staff and managing service delivery
Understanding of safeguarding, NDIS standards, and legislative requirements
