Job Description:

Service Fulfilment operations is a function within Customer Fulfilment (CFF) and is responsible for operational excellence, performance and development of the fulfilment of affordable core services, resulting in a relevant, effective and sustainable service offer to perform with excellence with the customer needs in focus.

Job Responsibility:

Preform analysis connected to key operational metrics
Execution and follow up of operations connected to internal and external service partners
Relevant negotiations
Ensure legal compliance
Develop new operational models
Main speaking partner for assigned service partner(s)
Contribute to Sustainability agenda

Requirements:

Good analytical skills
Strong computer skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good level of Excel-competence
Comfortable with communicating in both Swedish and English
Understanding of IKEA customers’ needs
Eagerness to understand both customers´ and IKEA business needs
Willingness to constantly improve business with a high focus on customer satisfaction
Good in building relationships with various business partners
Experience of project management
Enjoy working in a fast changing environment
Education in logistics (transport), economics, business administration or relevant work experience
