Job Description:

Service Fulfilment Operations Specialist role within Customer Fulfilment responsible for operational excellence, performance and development of fulfilment of affordable core services, resulting in relevant, effective and sustainable service offer to perform with excellence with customer needs in focus.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for performance of assigned service partner(s)
Preform analysis connected to key operational metrics (cost development, leadtime development, quality measures)
Execution and follow up of operations connected to internal and external service partners
Relevant negotiations
Ensure legal compliance
Develop new operational models
Main speaking partner for assigned service partner(s)
Contribute to Sustainability agenda

Requirements:

Good analytical skills
Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High proficiency in Excel
Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English
Understanding of IKEA customers' needs
Eagerness to understand customer and business needs
Willingness to constantly improve business with focus on customer satisfaction
Good in building relationships with business partners
Experience in project management
Enjoy working in fast changing environment
Education in logistics (transport), economics, business administration or relevant work experience
Enjoy working on both operational and tactical level
