Job Description:

Service Fulfilment Operations Developer role within Customer Fulfilment, responsible for operational excellence, performance and development of the fulfilment of affordable core services, resulting in a relevant, effective and sustainable service offer to perform with excellence with the customer needs in focus.

Job Responsibility:

Take responsibility for the performance of assigned service partners
Develop the omnichannel capabilities of the IKEA service offer
Operations and development for services connected to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new operational models
Operational excellence
Efficiency and continuous improvement
Ensuring short and mid-term capacities
Cost development
Lead-time development
Communications
Implementation of Sustainability agenda

Requirements:

Good knowledge and solid experience of leading
Experience of project management
Comfortable with communicating in English
Proven analytical and numerical skills
Strong computer skills
Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Education within logistics, economics, business administration or relevant work experience
At least 2-4 years working experience from supply chain on operational and/or tactical level
