Job Description:

Service Express Operator position at The Westin Peachtree Plaza Atlanta, responsible for handling all guest communications and requests through various channels while providing excellent customer service and supporting the brand's wellness mission.

Job Responsibility:

Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices
Operate telephone switchboard
Process guest requests for wake-up calls
Connect and direct calls to appropriate extensions
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Log all guest requests or issues into computer
Contact appropriate departments and follow up with guests
Provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
Process room service orders and record transactions
Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to answer, record, and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices
Operate telephone switchboard
Process wake-up calls
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Log guest requests into computer
Follow up with guests to ensure resolution
Provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas
Process room service orders
Assist guests with internet and entertainment access
Maintain professional appearance
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak using clear and professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality standards
Read and verify information
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
