Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing digital and telematic procedures related to corporate compliance, supporting clients in regulatory filings, and contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of company operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Elaborate and submit telematic practices to CCIAA and Agenzia delle Entrate, including: Filing of financial statements
  • Appointment of corporate officers
  • Opening, modification, or closure of local units
  • Start of new business activities
  • Transfer of company shares
  • Prepare and submit SCIA (Segnalazione Certificata di Inizio Attività) to municipal authorities
  • Manage and verify client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely and accurate submission of all practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support operational and compliance-related processes

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Administration, or Business Studies or a Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Proven experience in handling telematic practices and corporate filings
  • Consolidated experience using the following portals: DIRE
  • TELEMACO
  • IMPRESAINUNGIORNO
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • General knowledge of corporate, commercial, and administrative regulations
  • Strong teamwork orientation
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
  • Clear and professional communication skills
