Job Responsibility:

  • Providing technical assistance telephone service to customers who contact the company for clarification on how to operate and use company product
  • Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products or services, identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfunction and to ensure correct operation
  • Manage return activities
  • Transfer the problems encountered to the company
