Job Description:

This is a key role within the restaurant, acting as the link between the kitchen and the dining room. You will manage the pass during service, ensuring dishes are presented to the highest standard and delivered promptly to guests. You will also assist with food running, maintaining smooth communication between chefs and front-of-house.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the pass during service, ensuring accuracy and quality of dishes leaving the kitchen
  • Coordinate timing between kitchen and service teams
  • Deliver dishes to guests with precision and care
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and guest interaction
  • Support the Commis Waiters and Chef de Rang team as needed during service
  • Support the team in creating a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine dining environment
