Job Responsibility

  • Order and maintain appropriate levels and types of spare parts
  • Help with quotations for installation, maintenance, and service repair works
  • Install, maintain, and service all equipment, in the Service Centre or at installation sites
  • Supervise every stage of the Service Delivery process
  • Verify the functionality of all test and measurement tools
  • Maintain accurate machine details and service activities through database upkeep
  • Complete all designated internal product and company training as required
  • Provide first-level phone and on-site technical support and troubleshooting for equipment
  • Seek help from relevant Technical Service team members to handle critical issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of your responsibilities
  • Actively engage in your assigned region to guarantee achievement of all agreed-upon benchmarks
  • Collaborate with internal collaborators like commercial sales and marketing employees.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or related fields
  • Current Driver's licence
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience in customer premises and/or hospital environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to drive key results and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Proven strong focus with a passion for delivering high level customer service.
