Job Responsibility

  • Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost
  • Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting
  • Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved
  • Provides technical expertise and value to customers
  • Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system
  • Provides hardware development and consultation
  • More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development

Requirements

  • Degree in electronics engineering or related field
  • Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus
  • Has a good working attitude and willingness to work
  • Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes
  • Have testing or ATE experience will be a plus
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus
  • Flexible to support business trip as project requirement
  • ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus
  • Have testing or ATE experience will be a plus
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus
  • ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus
