Job Responsibility:
Lead new network installation, rollout, and customer application migration from existing to new networks during the initial project phase
Perform crucial onsite system commissioning with customers post-subcontractor installation, ensuring site acceptance
Ensure proper solution functioning, incident handling, and client requests per service level agreements (SLAs), including rapid response for critical issues and major issues and working hours for other requests
Conduct monitoring and field interventions on existing installations
Execute support and testing activities for other customers
Participate in rotating on-call schedules (nights/weekends) from home to meet service demands
Design, configure, and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.)
Assist Project Managers during technical study, engineering, and project execution
Provide technical support to Sales Managers
Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures (internal/external), all in French
Provide continuous reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent extensive working experience
2+ years in technical support or service roles within networking
