Service Engineer

• On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement
• Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits
• Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems
• Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team
• Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically
• Issues reporting and escalations internally
• Hold and represent TER to attend weekly 3-way meeting between customer, OSAT and TER

• Bachelor degree in electronics, Automation or related
• Minimum 6 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas
• 3+ years of field service experience for semiconductor automation testers
• High skills to do the Automation issues debugging and recovering, automation logs or testing logs analysis
• Fluently to communicate in English both in writing and talking, need attend the 3-way call with customer and PSG team in English at weekly basis
• Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT to do the problems summary and presentation
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
• Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad
• Able to accept the shift work or Overtime work if needed
