Job Description:

Join Mitie – the future of high-performing places. We're looking for a Service Engineer who will deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, installation, and commissioning support on water treatment plant and equipment for Sterling Hydrotech Ltd clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out routine maintenance services on water treatment systems
  • Diagnose, fault-find, and rectify breakdown issues efficiently
  • Undertake installation and refurbishment works on treatment plant
  • Perform commissioning activities and provide on-site training to plant operators
  • Conduct manufacture and assembly work to meet internal and customer requirements
  • Complete goods-inward inspections for equipment arriving on site
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong professional relationships with Sterling Hydrotech clients and customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain high service standards at all times
  • Capability to undertake service functions across all Sterling Hydrotech water treatment systems
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills to promote company products and services.
