Job Responsibility:
Be a Troubleshooting Expert: Utilize remote diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Drive Service Excellence: Manage the customer support experience from Jira ticket to resolution, ensuring lightning-fast response times that meet our SLA targets
Elevate Our Products: Collaborate directly with our global Engineering and Field Service teams to share knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and build out a comprehensive, essential knowledge base
Go Hands-On: Coordinate with external service partners to ensure timely field support, occasionally providing crucial onsite assistance yourself
Requirements:
Fluency in French is mandatory (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
3+ years experience with troubleshooting electrical systems, network connectivity, and software applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel as needed to support Customers, up to 30%
