Job Description:

Service engineer responsible for delivering technical services for transformers at various customer locations, troubleshooting, and being the primary point of contact for customers and the factory in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for effectively delivering timely technical services transformer at various customer locations
Trouble shooting of transformers
Being the primary point of contact customer and factory for the assigned territory

Requirements:

Safety Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner that will encourage others to exercise safety in their normal daily activities
Responsible for effectively delivering timely technical services transformer at various customer locations
Sound knowledge of transformer - technical / erection / commissioning
Trouble shooting of transformers
Be customer/results focused and demonstrate a service disposition
Being the primary point of contact customer and factory for the assigned territory
