Job Description

We're seeking skilled Maritime Service Engineer to deliver world-class solutions across satellite communications, IT infrastructure, and navigation systems. Job Responsibility

  • Perform VDR Annual Performance Tests (APTs) and radio surveys to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability
  • Install, maintain, and repair GMDSS equipment, ensuring alignment with maritime safety standards
  • Handle installation and servicing of cutting-edge navigation systems and VSAT satellite broadband technologies
  • Execute retrofit projects, including full bridge system installations and large-scale system integrations
  • Deliver outstanding technical service to a broad portfolio of maritime clients

Requirements

  • HNC, ONC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in engineering, electronics, or IT
  • Strong commercial background as a Marine Service Engineer and expertise in electronic/electrical systems
  • Full driving licence and valid passport
  • Ability to pass a marine/offshore medical examination
  • Solid understanding of satellite communications, navigation technologies, and electrical engineering principles

Nice to have

GMDSS Radio Operator/Maintainer License would be ideal but not essential
