Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Service Development Specialist to join the team at either our Edinburgh Head Office, or Glasgow or Wishaw offices working in a Hybrid/Blended manner. You will join us on a permanent, part-time (14 hours per week, Monday and Friday) basis. You will work closely with our Care and Support Teams to drive improvement and uphold quality standards. You will also deliver training, coach teams, and help achieve better outcomes for customers across our services. We are looking for someone proactive and resilient, who is confident in using online platforms, to produce detailed reports and action plans as well as taking the initiative and working independently. A key focus area will be a continued drive to build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement via our digital personal planning tool. Closing Date: Noon on Thursday 11th June 2026.
