Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Service Designer to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping user-focused designs and improving digital experiences. If you are passionate about understanding user behavior and leveraging innovative tools to create intuitive solutions, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points
collaborate with design and development teams to ensure research findings drive impactful design decisions
create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
perform A/B testing to validate design solutions and optimize user experiences
utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows effectively
work with APIs, Ajax, and CSS to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces
leverage tools like Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks
analyze and present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
stay updated on UX trends and best practices to continuously enhance the design process

Requirements:

Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Photoshop
demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform design decisions
must have healthcare experience
proficiency in front-end technologies such as Ajax, APIs, and CSS
hands-on experience with project management tools like Atlassian Jira
excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on user-centered design principles
effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and team members
