Job Responsibility:

  • Lead user research initiatives to understand needs, behaviors, and journeys - then translate insights into meaningful product improvements
  • Facilitate concept development and co-creation with the App Team to enhance the app experience
  • Collaborate with hardware-focused Service Designers on experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Define and implement research best practices and continuously improve ways of working with the team

Requirements:

  • A few years as a Service Designer or similar role within digital product development
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
  • Experience designing for interactive physical/digital products and working in agile settings
  • Proven ability to lead qualitative research, map customer journeys and use data to improve user experience
  • Experience building service prototypes and communicating design solutions to stakeholders
