Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Department Manager to lead our field service operations across Europe. This middle-level position is pivotal in managing service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and driving operational efficiency. The role will involve overseeing dispatch coordination, mentoring field managers, and maintaining quality assurance for technical training. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate the service delivery operations across multiple regions
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
  • Manage dispatch coordination, optimizing resource allocation and route planning
  • Mentor field managers to enhance team performance and operational efficiency
  • Conduct quality assurance assessments for technical training programs
  • Oversee logistics and supply chain management to improve service effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional technical teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in telecommunications or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of Field Service Management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to work onsite in Poland, Latvia, or Italy and engage with regional teams
