Requirements:
Two years previous experience in a service desk, scheduling, coordination, or administration role
Experience coordinating engineers, drivers, technicians, or field staff is highly desirable
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using ticketing or scheduling systems
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
