Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL, incident/change/problem management) and project management (PMP)
Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure (COMPTIA) and Microsoft products (MCSE, Win10, Azure, MS-Office, MS365)
Ability to involve stakeholders based on incomplete information, visualize issues, and lead responses
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English for engaging with domestic and international parties
Self-management skills to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines
