We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance service operations in Lovington, New Mexico. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with performance standards, while fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will play a key part in managing service level agreements and driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise daily operations to ensure services meet organizational performance standards
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address service issues and implement improvements
Monitor service delivery performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost operational productivity
Support compliance with service level agreements and maintain service quality
Assist in driving initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the organization
Strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and service management
Facilitate training and development programs to improve team performance
Contribute to strategic planning and execution to meet organizational goals
Requirements:
Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks
Experience with remote desktop support and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings and related tools
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve service delivery processes
Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of service level agreements and performance reporting
Proven experience in driving operational improvements and client satisfaction
