The Service Delivery Manager role at NTT DATA focuses on Change and Configuration Management for a Federal Government Department. This role will be working with a Federal Government Department to deliver a whole of government federated information sharing and analysis environment. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to create robust, scalable processes to deliver compliance objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate all aspects of Change and Configuration Management activities
Provide guidance and expertise on governance and processes in relation to Change and Configuration Management
Participate in the on-call roster to provide 24/7 incident assistance
Adjust the change management process as required to ensure its effectiveness
Be involved with Changes, perform analysis, and deliver post change reviews
Maintain an overview of the current and upcoming Changes, updating status and keeping stakeholders informed
Organise and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintain minutes and outstanding actions
Maintain a forward calendar of changes and distribute to relevant stakeholders
Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure configuration integrity by maintaining accurate, service‑aligned configuration information
Govern the end‑to‑end change lifecycle to minimise service disruption
Align change and configuration practices across internal teams and service providers
Leverage change and configuration data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Provide assurance and stakeholder confidence through transparent reporting
Back up for SDM Incident Management as required
Requirements:
Experience in coordinating change activities
Experience in governance frameworks
Experience in stakeholder management
Degree in Information Technology preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Australian Citizen with an NV1 AGSVA clearance
Expertise in change and configuration management frameworks
Experience with incident analysis and delivering post incident reviews and reports
