Job Responsibility:
Own delivery across 3 products (web and mobile), ensuring timelines, scope, and quality
Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation
Ensure consistency, transparency, and visibility across teams
Drive modern delivery practices that support scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery ceremonies
Ensure clear priorities, well-defined scope, and strong team focus
Continuously improve delivery processes and engineering efficiency
Help teams adapt processes and workflows to evolving product and business needs
Challenge and validate engineering estimates
Ensure realistic planning aligned with business goals
Support breaking down complex initiatives into deliverable increments
Encourage data-driven planning and pragmatic prioritization
Run regular syncs with stakeholders (product, business, leadership)
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
Align expectations across multiple teams and platforms
Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams
Identify opportunities and gaps within the client’s business and proactively propose solutions that can bring additional value and support long-term partnership growth
Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and delivery workflows
Support adoption of modern tools and AI-driven solutions to optimize delivery and collaboration
Help teams streamline communication, reporting, and execution processes
Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in software development
Experience managing delivery across multiple products or platforms (web + mobile)
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern software delivery practices
Technical background (comfortable working with engineers and challenging estimates)
Experience in complex, fast-paced environments
Understanding of modern product development trends, including AI-assisted workflows and process automation
Someone who has successfully held a Delivery Manager role before
Strong ownership of delivery and outcomes
Experience in client-facing roles (sales, engagement, taking part in pre-sales activities, account management, or similar)
Confident in driving accountability and challenging assumptions
Excellent communicator bridging engineering, product, and business
Forward-thinking mindset with openness to modern tools, AI adoption, and continuous process improvement
