Job Responsibility:
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving and joining, as the project kicks off you’ll have the perfect chance to shape the delivery from the outset
You’ll be confident owning client relationships, acting as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, managing the service desk ticket backlog, ensuring services are delivered in line with SLAs and KPIs
