The Service Delivery Manager at NTT DATA is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing service delivery for complex client contracts. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in service delivery within medium to large ICT organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Polish and English, and relevant certifications such as ITIL and PMP. Responsibilities include overseeing contract management, monitoring client satisfaction, and implementing service improvement plans.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure client satisfaction and manage service delivery for complex client contracts
Oversee contract management for medium to large complex client contracts
Act as the primary interface managing the services relationship between the client and the organization
Own the service governance structure, schedule and run all service management review meetings
Identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery
Responsible for operations performance, including Activation, Service Improvement Plans, Service Delivery Reports, Escalation management and Reporting, Meeting management with clients
Works with Transition teams to develop and update runbook
Provides assurance regarding the compliance of, and lifecycle management for, all contracted Services
Interfaces with internal contract management teams to normalize and execute change orders
Monitors client satisfaction and identify service improvement plans
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in service delivery within medium to large ICT organizations
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Polish and English
ITIL Certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation or higher) desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable
