As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional managed services for select customers, focusing on service quality, customer satisfaction, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles
  • Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations, plus ability to identify and support sales opportunities
