As the Service Delivery Lead, you are the critical bridge between high-level strategic vision and flawless operational execution. You won’t just manage tasks; you will partner with global leadership to architect technical proposals and lead complex, high-pressure security projects to completion. Success in this role means ensuring technical precision at every stage of the lifecycle, from presales solutioning to global service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with global leadership to drive end-to-end technical execution, from strategic proposals to operational delivery excellence
  • Establish and implement best practices for new customer onboarding, implementation frameworks, and high-quality design templates
  • Lead the transition from the presales-to-delivery pipeline, including solutioning, SOC operations, and professional consulting services
  • Utilize advanced project tools to design and maintain high-quality technical roadmaps and visual documentation
  • Navigate and lead within a matrix organization, influencing cross-functional teams to ensure consistent global delivery
  • Drive internal process optimization based on international frameworks like ITIL, ISO 20000, and NIST-CSF

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 5.5+ years of experience delivering complex cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure projects with a focus on high-level strategy
  • Proven mastery of project strategy and lifecycle management, supported by PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS), SOC operations, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
  • Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical stories to both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • PMP cert
  • Practical awareness of global compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR) and AI/LLM usability for service delivery
