Entry-Level Service Delivery Guide Engineer position in the Service Delivery Readiness and Enablement organization. This role involves creating, maintaining, and publishing high-quality service delivery documentation that enables HPE technical teams and partners to install, configure, and support new and existing products. The position requires collaboration with global subject matter experts, engineers, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with HPE standards.
Job Responsibility:
Create, update, and publish service delivery guides and technical documentation for HPE products and services
Work within HTML templates to produce clean, accurate, and well-structured documentation that follows HPE formatting, branding, and style standards
Collaborate with global engineering and delivery teams to gather technical information and convert it into clear, standardized documentation
Validate documentation quality, including debugging/linting HTML, checking formatting, and verifying links
Use SharePoint to upload, manage, and publish content (including adding web parts and updating ASPX pages)
Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver, Acrobat, and MS Office tools to edit, format, and prepare documents for release
Maintain documentation consistency across product lines and ensure alignment with HPE templates and processes
Communicate clearly in English via email and virtual meetings to clarify requirements and report progress
Manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working in a remote, distributed environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with technical writing (academic, internship, or professional)
Familiarity with HPE products, data center hardware, installation processes, or technical support environments is preferred
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage
Knowledge of HTML and experience debugging, linting, and maintaining HTML code
Ability to work within templates and follow strict stylistic and branding standards
Experience using Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with SharePoint content management, including adding web parts and publishing ASPX pages
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to work with diverse, worldwide teams and gather information from multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data center products, or installation/support processes is a plus
Nice to have:
